All data that is collected by our online webforms and apps is at the discretion of the customer collecting user data and is the sole property of the individual educators or educational institutions and businesses that utilize our services.  


Types of Data Collected


Personal Information: Name, contact details, address, date of birth, and other identifying information managed and controlled at each individual customer level and is securely password protected.


Educational Information: Student progress, lesson schedules, and related academic data including multimedia files.  We utilize TLS 1.3 protocols for all file types uploaded into our system.


Financial Information: Billing details for users, tuition and other transactions. We do NOT store banking or credit card information. That data is stored securely at the merchant companies level and we simply store a secure token and only pass the security key for payments to the corresponding merchant provider.

Facilitate lesson and class management, efficient communication between students, parents, teachers, sub admins and administrators. Manage lesson schedules, attendance, and academic progress.


Process financial transactions and billing.




By using our lesson and class management system, users consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for the outlined purposes.

Retention Procedures: Personal data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.  Teacherzone employs strict access controls to limit access to personal data only to those who need it for the specified purposes.

Amazon Web Services: Teacherzone stores data on AWS, a secure and reliable cloud infrastructure that is currently the most popular cloud based data storage in the world. Amazon Web Services adheres to industry-leading security practices and compliance standards to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of stored data.  All access to AWS internally and server to server is done through encrypted AWS firewalls.


Cloudflare: The most used content delivery network (CDN) in the world. We use it as our IP proxy/CDN and it protects data and files as they connect online or through our Apps to our hosted cloud servers.  See more here:

No Computer Tracking of Identifiable Information

Our server is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information about its visitors. It does recognize the referring server of visitors, but not e-mail addresses or any personal information. For example, we can tell which Internet Service Provider our visitors use, or what site they clicked in from, but not the names, addresses or other information about our visitors that would allow us to identify the particular visitors to our site. is not responsible for the privacy practices or policies of sites we may provide a link to. also uses third party remarketing tracking cookies, including the Google Adwords tracking cookie.
